Hi,
Had some query regarding the failure mode analysis of the opamp:
1. What is the system behavior when one of the inputs is open, with input capacitor grounded ?
2. What is the system behavior when IN- and output pin is shorted in inverting hysteresis configuration?
Also, where can I find the Failure mode analysis document for TLV3202 ? I see it is there for other parts, but couldn't find for this part.
