LOG200EVM: About Package Types of Components

Part Number: LOG200EVM

Tool/software:

I want to add a chip condensor at C19 and a chip register at R33 on the board,
but I couldn't find the information regarding the appropriate package types for these components.
Could you please tell me the appropriate package types?

    Hello,

    Optional capacitor C19 is normally not populated on the EVM board, and can be use to add an RC low-pass filter at the I1 input pin of the LOG200 logarithmic amplifier by changing the value of R36 (0Ω default value on LOG200EVM).  This is a 0603 (1608 Metric) package capacitor. Choose a C0G high grade ceramic capacitor whenever possible.

    Optional resistor R33 is normally not populated on the EVM board; and is available for flexibility when configuring the LOG200 Auxiliary Operational amplifier. This is 0805 reference package resistor.
