TLV9004: TLV9004 internal ESD protection circuits

Hi team,

We know that TLV9004 has internal ESD protection circuits on all pins. My customer used multimeter to TLV9004 with diode test mode, results are shown below.

From the test results, we are confused why both forward and backward have voltage (with diode test mode) and values are different? could you help shown the equivalent circuit model between VCC and GND, VCC and Pin 6, GND and Pin 6?

Allowing a current to flow from VCC to GND will power up the device; this is not a diode.

Pin6-GND actually is pin6-VCC-GND; VCC-pin6 actually is VCC-GND-pin6.

Hi Clemens,

For this statement, "Pin6-GND actually is pin6-VCC-GND; VCC-pin6 actually is VCC-GND-pin6", do you mean the current path is from pin 6 to VCC, then to GND?

Based on the block diagram of TLV9004, could you help clarify how it works when test pin 6-GND and VCC-pin6? thanks.
