INA819: The output bias voltage is abnormal

Part Number: INA819

Tool/software:

Hi team:

I have a question for you.Conditions of use: INA819 is used in the current sampling line, and the application scheme is high-end current sampling. The related wiring diagram is as follows.Description of the problem: After INA819 has been used at room temperature for a period of time, the output bias voltage is abnormal. The exceptions are as follows:When V1=V2=0, the output bias voltage of INA819 (VO-INA819) is around 0.1mV, when V1=V2>At 1V, the INA819 output bias voltage (VO-INA819) becomes about 0.5~0.8mV.The output bias voltage of a fault-free IC does not change with the input common-mode voltage. That is, the input voltage of normal IC V1=V2>At 0.1V, the output bias voltage is also about 0.1mV.
