I found that X-ray pictures of different date code show significantly different appearance.

Is it because of the die revision informed in the PCN No.20230228008.1?

It looks too different for a die revision for an analog part.

As shown on ti.com/material-attributes-search/?material=OPA2277UA/2K5 and by the CSO/CCO fields on the label, there are two fabs for this device.

So your advice is both "38DOCY"(1st picture) and "35CHTY"(2nd picture)

are genuine product of TI, isn't it?

Please tell us whether the PCN No.No.20230228008.1 is applicable to both of them if you know.

As shown in the PCN, CSO "SHE" is the old fab, and "TID" is the new fab announced in the PCN.

This is not a die revision, the new fab uses an entirely new die.

PCN No. 20230228008.1 is applicable only to the new die "38DOCY" (1st picture).

We understand PCN No.20230228008.1 is applicable to only "38CODY" and

it is new Fab.

I think the appearance of X-ray picture between "38CODY"(1st picture) and "35CHTY"(2nd picture) is very different,

but as you explained, both of them are valid as OPA2277UA, isn't it?

Yes, "38CODY" looks valid.

(The barcodes and lot trace codes on the "35CHTY" label have been defaced, which shows that the seller does not want you to be able to track their source.)
