How to get θJC (Junction to Case) Values for device OPA2227UA. needed it for thermal analysis of my design.Can any one help.....

All TI parts they have mentioned the θJA (Junction to Ambient)  Values. How to consider the values for θJC based on θJA. 

θJA=θJA+θCA But where we have θJA values and we don't know the Other two parameters...

    The information highlighted below comes from the OPA2209 data sheet and is quite similar to the OPA2227UA. Be aware that information for case to ambient and junction to ambient is approximate and can vary considerably depending on circuit board design, nearby components and mounting environment.

    Thanks for the reply Bruce,

    Yes, i Agree that it will depend upon circuit board (PCB). But to define this we must have at-least some Idle parameters to change based on Circuit (PCB).

    If there is no heat over a chip then no need to take temperature into consideration.
