DRV120PWR Enable Input Voltage Range

Hi,

I'm puzzled about the voltage range of the DRV120PWR EN (pin 8) input. The datasheet (page 6) states that VIH(min) is 1.65V but note (1) says:

Please I need some clarification. Could anyone help me with this issue?
