Hello. Can you please suggest me component values and suitable opamp models to simulate the XTR117 4-20mA current loop transmitter. Here is the figure attached from datasheet. Please guide me through. I am trying to simulate it on a general circuit simulator. I want to simulate all internal components given in diagram like Amplifier A1, the internal bias resistors, V regulator, internal npn transistors etc. Thanks.

    Hello,

    I've attached an unofficial SPICE model for the XTR117 which is featured in the attached TINA-TI file.  It uses the OPA364 and REF02 to create the basic functionality of the XTR117.  While the performance won't exactly match the XTR117 it should provide an idea of the performance and circuit functionality.
