Energy meter implementation using single stage op-amp

Hi all,

I am trying to make an efficient energy meter using single supply op-amp with vcc 3.3v . The op-amp circuitry has to measure the voltage and current directly from 230 v supply. Of course we can have separate circuit for measuring I and V. And I need the operation point of op-amp to be in 0.65 v.Can anyone help me with a model circuit?

Thank u Mr. Tim Green for ur helping mind, but i need an op-amp circuit.Other circuits are somewhat costly.Can u suggest another 1 ?

I recommend you study that document to understand how to use passives to divide down the voltage and measure current. Any basic op amp circuits can buffer the resistors. Due to safely concerns and liabilities I cannot recommend a circuit with op amps for you to build.
