What is the start-up time of the LP339? I'm looking for the time from when power is applied until the output is valid.

I have no data. That's bad.

Your get to pick VCC and input voltage for a random sample test. That's good!

The VCC in this application will be 3.6V. The Input voltage will be GND to 1.5V.

Mark,

I was happily surprised that output low start time is 24ns and output high was 100ns and most of that was external RC delay.

VIN was 0V and 1.5V (same results for 0V and 0.1V). VOUT was 2k ohms to 5V. Inputs and outputs active before power applied.

Oddly the VOL doesn't go to final value until 1.5us

I tried slower VCC ramp rates and very little changed.
