TINA/Spice/LP339: placing quad devices in tina for simulation

Good day

As an example, suppose i want to use the 4 comparators on an LP339, in tina simulation. How do i change pins designation for U1, U2, U3 and U4 using the model without affecting spice netlist, etc ?

In other words, i d like Tina to figure out that LP339 is a quad, so that U1 would use: pin 2 as out, pin4 In-, Pin5 in+,  than U2 is ``out`` to pin1, in- is pin6 , in+ pin7 and so on.

Any way to do this ?

    Hello JP,

    Place four separate devices. Simulation only tools like TINA do not have, or care bout, actual pin numbers. The SPICE models are for one device.

    Double click on the symbol and change the "Label" parameter.

    Just be sure that each symbol has a unique label. Naming all of them "U1" will cause errors. Instead, you can call them "U1A", "U1B", "U1C" & "U1D".

    TINA will assign unique node names to the underlying netlist.
