Hello,
Do we have data on the 2nd and 3rd Harmonics of the OPA4820 look like up to 60MHz? I only see up to 10MHz in the datasheet.
details of the signal and desired performance are below
- 60MHz differential sinewave
- Amplitude: 2Vp-p differential
- <155 dBc/Hz phase noise - required broadband spot noise less than 3 nV/rtHz
