USB2ANY: it showed always : require firmware update to 2.7.0.0, then it failed.

Hello.

I used the USB2ANY for the DRV10987 EVM, yesterday it could work, but today it showed always : require firmware update to 2.7.0.0, then I operated it according to the instructions, disconnect the USB, press the S1, connect the USB. but it failed finally. Could you help ?

Hello Xianrong Shang,

Are you able to plug the USB2ANY into a USB port and see the yellow LED illuminate in the USB2ANY box?

If not, the USB2ANY might be damaged. Another one can be aquired, here: http://www.ti.com/tool/USB2ANY

If the light can still be illuminated, please follow the attached instructions. It seems that you might have completed the process incorrectly.
