If you're designing circuits for HEV/EV applications, automotive applications, or other high voltage industrial products, then these considerations are crucial. This article: www.eeweb.com/.../considerations-for-high-voltage-measurements covers the effects of temperature, voltage coefficient of resistance and more, making sure that your high voltage measurement design is robust and successful in your application! In this example we used the TLV313 and the Analog Engineers Calculator (ANALOG-ENGINEER-CALC) to help us do the calculations, check out both of these tools for your design.
For some additional information on design of voltage and current sensing for HEV/EV projects, this blog post will be of interest to you: https://e2e.ti.com/blogs_/b/behind_the_wheel/archive/2017/11/22/voltage-and-current-sensing-in-hev-ev-applications
