THS6182: Spice model?

Part Number: THS6182

Hello team,

Customer is trying to use THS6182 in LTSpice since rest of their system has been modeled there.

Do we have unencrypted SPICE model available or some other way to be able to model the part in LTSpice?

Thank you!

  • Hi Sepeedah,

Great question, there is actually a quick video on how to do this made by High Speed Amplifiers Product Marketing team!

I will link the video here for future reference, but I went ahead and already grabbed the file for you.

Requested Netlist Circuit file for THS6182:THS6182.CIR

Please respond if the file is not accessible.  The overall process for capturing the data of a TINA Spice Model and using it with a different modeling software is quick and simple, but does require a native installation of TINA Spice to view the netlist in order to save it as a .CIR file.

    Thanks,

    Alec

  • There is also one (probably the same one) ready to go in the TINA V11 library, here you go -
