OPA818: High Speed Amp, Find a part to replace ADA4817-2

Hi,

We are using multiple pcs ADA4817-2 in one board. Its thermal performance is not good. I searched TI portfolio, but could not find suitable one to replace 4817. Would you please advise similar device from TI but with good thermal? Other condition as below:

- 2 Channels

- 400MHz BW

- Ib within 3nA

- Good thermal resistance

Hi Rocky,

What is the gain of the application? I noticed that you tagged the OPA818, which could be a good replacement as long as the application is not operating below its minimum stable gain value.

HEre are your choices Rocky, better work on improving the ADA4817-2 thermal issues - no direct replacement it seems. These are JFET or CMOS input descending Gmin SSBW. Many are not unity gain stable - the closest might be the OPA2355 and OPA2356 - they only go to 5.5V max operating and have the lower BW and Slew rate.
