INA282: DC current measurement on Neutral Line

Wondering if INA282 part can be used to measure DC current on Neutral line.   Our measurement range is 100mA to 500mA . But max current of 15A will run through sense resistor.

Please note that Power supply, MCU (with ADC) are referenced to Neutral line, so we basically want to measure current on low side.
