OPA830: Similar Device w/ following paramters

The LMH6611 is the closest part I could find under those parameters. The supply voltage goes up to 11V and it is only rail-to rail out.

    Here are more options to add on to Hasan's response:

OPA810 - Rail to Rail Input and Output, Wide supply range: 4.75 V to 27 V, a high linear output current: 75mA. However it has less BW than the OPA830: 125 MHz at unity gain.

OPA354 - Rail to Rail Input and Output, Wide BW similar to OPA830, High output current > 100 mA. However, the supply range is 2.5V to 5.5 V.

Oh my gosh, the OPA810 is finding life - I see preview,

There is also the THS4281 that is RRIO and 16V capable, kind of high noise and slower than the OPA830.
