My customer is looking for alternative device for THS3201 becasuse THS3201 is NRND.

Morning Ryo,

If the design can use 12V supply total, the OPA694 or OP695

If you must use 15V supply, one of the reasons we extended the min operating supply range on the THS3491 down to 14V total was to replace THS3201 designs.

So again I tried the THS3201 in the parametric match tool and found it has been removed, oh well - here is another source showing your TI/NSM options.

Incidentally, I would not pay too much attention to the 1.8GHz gain of 1 number on the THS3201 - kind of an optimistic marketing number including feedthru.

The THS3201 is really a sub GHz part over a gain of 1, Really more in the range of the THS3491. The OPA695, OPA694, LMH6703 are physically much faster.
