Hi I am not sure how to read and use the min and max of the input bias current, I can see for the typical curves how the bias current trends.
min is given as 18nA and max +-6nA. Can you explain how you would design with these specs in mind?

This is a typo. The max value of the input bias current is +/- 18 nA and the max value of the input offset current is +/- 6 nA across the specified temperature ranges. There is no specified minimum current for either spec.
