Hallo,
i want to juse the INA111 with Gain of 1, 10, 100 and 1000. The Datasheet says that the Offset RTI is 100uV + 500uV/G.
I mean with Gain z.b. 1000 the Offest may be 100 + 500/1000 similar 100.5 uV. In my case I measure with both Inputs shorten to ground
Gain 1 0,3mV
Gain 10 1,9mV
Gain 100 19mV
Gain 1000 190 mV
Is this correct ? Or what is wrong
Hi user1666337,
Can you share the complete testing schematic with us? It does not sound right.
Enclosed is the Tina schematic. Please modified it per your test configuration.

Hi,
why do you think it is wrong? RTI means "referred to input". So, you still need to multiply the input offset voltage with the gain.
Kai
okay that was my mistake. It is the same probleme as other OP Amp.
Offest ist depending on gain.
Thanks
