OPA454: How to Increasing Output Current?

Part Number: OPA454
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI

Hello TI support team,

My application is to produce a   square wave to charge a capacitor (around 0.4uf), and here  is  the circuit I  plan to use:

The input  DAC_P01 is connected to output of  a  DAC and the voltage  ranges from -5V to 5V.  The output P01‘ voltage is required from -45V~0V~+45V (60hz) according to  DAC_P01.

Maximum current is around 800mA.    Adjustable resistance VR1 can be  set  from 0Ω to  100KΩ.

Now the questions:

1) Is the circuit above capable enough to charge the capacitor?

2) When EN is 3.3V  the circuit works normally, and when EN is  GND level the circuit shutdown?

3) How to choose  transistor Q1&Q2 and  resistor R3&R6&R8? what's the key parameter need to be calculated  first?Any mos to recommend to replace transistor?

Thanks in advance for your answers
