What kind of processing is recommended for the IN +, IN-, and OUT terminals of unused channels?

It should be configured as a voltage follower (OUT to IN-), with IN+ conntected to any voltage in the common-mode input range. (See The Unused Op Amp—what to do?)

In some cases, it might be useful to use the otherwise unused amplifier as a buffer for the input or output of one of the other amplifiers.
