LM2903-Q1: The difference between LM2903QPWRQ1 and LM2903VQPWRQ1

Hi team,

Could you help us to understand the difference between LM2903QPWRQ1 and LM2903VQPWRQ1? Customer is evaluating those two device due to supply issue.

i find the description in the datasheet, but is said about "AV", Please help us on that. Thanks.

    Hello Songzhen,

    The "V" (LM2903VQPWRQ1) is specified at 32V operation, and the non-V (LM2903QPWRQ1) is specified at 30V operation.

    The "A" specifies a lower offset and bias current.

    There was not room in the comparison table to show just the "V" version, so we showed the AV version.

    The "V" version would have the same specifications as the non-V, but with a 32V supply.

    They may wish to evaluate the "B" version, which has better specifications than the "AV" version and is specified at 36V supply.
