TLV6002: Output swing negative rail

Hi,

My customer hopes that TLV6002 can output 5mV on V+=5V, V-=GND, RL=50 kΩ connected to GND (not Vs/2), Ta=-20℃~70℃.
If RL=50 kΩ is connected to GND, is this realized?

How should we judge this?

Did you consider that the feedback path is also a load on the output?

Does the other amplifier in the package sink current (send current from output to V- pin) ;If yes then how much current?

Thank you for your reply.

This amplifier is structured as voltage follower, so feedback path doesn't flow current almost.

The other amplifier doesn't sink current.

Less than 5mV should be achievable in this case due to MNOS output no load and only quiescent current flowing on the V- pin.

Kuramochi-san,

At room temperature the minimum output voltage was 0.5mV. 5mV maximum is the target so there is plenty of room for temperature.
