LMX2582: issue

Part Number: LMX2582

We now have a project that uses LMX2582. There are such application scenarios:

Two LMX2582 are configured with different frequency points (for example, No. 1 is configured with 3G, and No. 2 is configured with 3.1G)

The two are powered on together (controlled by the same master control, with the same reference source), and the relative phase of the two is required to be consistent with each power-on;

During debugging, it was found that the phase of the relative reference will change each time 2582 is powered on again without power failure of my reference source;

If the two 2582 are of the same origin, keep the same origin and the source is not powered off (each has master control), and the relative phase of the two outputs will also change after the 2582 is restarted

Please help me to analyze the reason for the relative phase inconsistency after restart and evaluate the feasibility of the application scenario described at the beginning. Thank you!
