if we couldn’t meet the customer’s criteria for RTC accuracy, what could we do?
We have de-poped the capacitors of 32.768KHz crystal according to crystal vendor’s suggestion.
But, the result is still fail. Should we request customer to change the setting of Calibration?
We have also attached the test report of crystal as below chart:
