LMK04906: Setting value of lmk04906 to output 135M

Hi Team, 

I'm using TB_FMCH_DP3 Board and lmk04906 is monunted on TB_FMCH_DP3. 

And i want to generate 135M clock(from clkout0 port) to supply reference clock from lmk04906 to gty(gigabit transceiver) on Xilinx VCU118 Board.

And TB_FHCM_DP3 hardware document guide register setting value of 135M clock from clkout0 like below

But clkout0 didn't output any clock .. 

I analyzed register value but i didn't found special problem.

Could you let me know the root cause ?
