Frequency tolerance: –63-ppm to +126-ppm calibratable Adjustment, ±35 pre-calibration accuracy
Oscillation start up time: up to 1 second to update after the device switches from backup power supply to main power supply
Power supply deduction voltage: Not exactly certain what you are asking here. Vcc for this device is 3.3 V nominal, and has a ±0.3 V tolerance. The backup supply parameters are given by the table below:

Current consumption: 65 uA typical, 200 uA maximum.
Clock voltage: The IRQ pin can be configured as a 1 Hz or 512 Hz output. When this is the case, the output high voltage is Vcc.
