TICSPRO-SW: Installation issue

Hi team,

My custoemr installed TICSPRO-SW, but failed to launch.

It crashes during start up when the display shows the image below.

Could you help me to address this issue?

    Whenever I have seen TICS Pro get stuck in this portion of the loading screen, it is because the USB2ANY DLL is failing to write a log entry to the location C:\Users\<user>\Documents\USB2ANY\Logs. Likely the customer's account does not grant the application permission to create the USB2ANY\Logs path in the Documents folder. Install TICS Pro on an account which grants these permissions, or manually create the directory path where the logs must be written.
