I don't quite understand your question, if you are saying you did not get the desired frequency, make sure after changing the frequency setting. toggle (uncheck and then check) the FCAL_EN bit to initiate a VCO calibration.
Your configuration on VCO Assist block is also not correct.
Output power is not constant over frequency, this is already shown in the datasheet. You need to add some circuitries in your system to make the output power flat.
This is the data I obtained from the spectrum analyzer. My setting is 2000MHz, but the output frequency band reaches 3MHz. Is there any way to improve accuracy or reduce frequency band width? Attached is my setting
