CDCLVP111-SP: CDCLVP111-SP vs MVFREP radiation tolerances

Does anyone know the difference between a CDCLVP111MVFREP and the CDCLVP111-SP in terms of radiation? would like to know if we can use the same radiation for TID-DD-SEE for the VFEP as for the -SP. thanks in advance. If anyone can provide test reports for the MVFREP I would really appreciate it.

Juan,

-EP and -SP are two different qualification standards, and so no, they will not have the same radiation performance. You can read more about -EP and -SP but as at a very high level, in general -EP are for aerospace and defense and have higher temperature ratings and -SP are for space and along with higher temperature ratings are radiation tested.

And as the EP are not radiation tested, we do not have any test reports.

The EP and SP use different die and will have different radiation performance.
