Hello,

Our customer needs to check phase noise data if CDCE6214 is appropriate in his application.

Would it be possible to share the phase noise data in 1.8V, 24MHz input 1.8V, 72MHz output use case.

    Hello Imi-san,

    Provided below is the image of the phase noise plot using 1.8V with 24MHz input and 72MHz output with LVCMOS input and LP-HCSL output.

    Over an integration range from 12kHz to 20MHz the rms jitter is around 584fs.


    Although I will need more information about the customers setup to get more accurate data.

    What is the input and output termination type? Does the customer need SSC for this application?
    Is there a target phase noise requirement for this customer?
