I'm using CDCE62005EVM.

1. When I change settings, some values changed black color to red.

What is mean? is it mean wrong setting?

2. When input is 200Mhz (LVPECL), It can get output 200Mhz(LVPECL)??

Hi Mason

1. Can you tell me your PLL configuration (all divider values)? Looks like the divider values are wrong and VCO is out of range.
Please use the Frequency planner button and specify the input and output frequencies and press calculate. It will automatically set the dividers.

2. Yes, you can get 200MHz LVPECL output with 200MHz input.
