LMK04616: PLL2_RDIV setting procedure

Hi all

I would like to know the PLL2_RDIV setting procedure.
My customer selects divider mode and value is 2.
And they try to set 2 the following two pattern.

Case1. Increase setting value from 1 to 2.
Case2. Decrease setting value from 3 to 2.
PLL2 is locked at case1 and PLL2 is not locked at case2.

[Question]
I don't now why case2 is not locked, so please tell me the reason.
Is there any setting procedure of RDIV?

    Hello Sho
    Have you made sure that when you change the divider from 3 to 2, all other dividers are set correctly so that the VCO is in range?
    If this is the case, have you tried resetting the dividers (RDIV reset and NDIV reset) after changing the dividers?
    Please save the TICSpro file where the PLL is not locking and send it to me.
