NE555: what's the difference between NA555, NE555, SE555, SA555?

Part Number: NE555
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SE555, SA555, , NA555

Hi,

My customer is wondering if there are functional different between NA555, NE555, SE555, SA555?

From the capture of datasheet, it's only supply voltage and operating temperature difference.

I wonder if there are other differences, great thanks for your help.

  • Hello TI user,

NA, NE, SA are different from each other in just the temperature range. SE has the widest temperature range, higher VCC and is the only version that has electrical characteristics with temperature limits.

All 4 are functionally the same.
