Which is the nearest from the followings?

(a) X < 0.6eV

(b) 0.6eV < X < 1eV

Hi Kuramochi,

I'm afraid that this is too much related to the silicon process instead of device functionality, and I don't have the answer to that. The best that we can provide at this point is the spec listed in the datasheet, which is min of 10 years.
