ADS8584S: ADS8584S - CUSTOM BOARD NOT WORKING

HI TI Team,

We are working on ADS8584S IC .We have developed a custom board below the schematic was attached. It was working fine. But after some times , In current channel there was data was received it shows 0xFFFF on all four channels and in voltage channel there was getting some values but not constant at all the time.

Please guide me to debug the issue.

Hi Ajith,

What is supplying the current? The 24V supply on the OPAs in the voltage channels can be part of your problem. If any of those amplifiers saturate, you will have an overvoltage situation and I do not see that you have anything limiting the current. Have you verified that your reference voltage is present and at the correct value?

Yes, We have verified the reference voltage.

Yes, We have directly given supply to the AD8584S IC (not considered opamp circuits). It was getting correct value for one time after that this will given an incorrect values. opamp is working and we have changed the AD8584S IC also.
