Can you share a screenshot of the exact error you are getting?
The correct labview runtime is:
The labview runtime engine should install as part of the GUI installer. Can you make sure to run as administrator during the install? Can you also make sure there are no firewalls enabled that could be blocking portions of the install?

Here is the screenshot. it seem the installer is not correctly installing the labview runtime engine. I'll try to directly download the runtime with the correct version.
