ONET4201LD: Would you please suggest me an interface IC for CML?

According to the datasheet of ONET4201LD, DIN+/DIN- are CML-IN.

However, the output of FPGA is COMS.

Therefore, I need a converter, which can convert CMOS to CML-IN.

Would you please suggest one?

Besides, the speed of DIN+/DIN- is almost 200MHz.

Greetings,

CMOS is single ended while CML is differential and is used for high speed applications. You can use a CMOS to LVDS converter like DSLVDS1001 and then AC couple between LVDS converter and ONET4201LD.
