Below are the thermals for the SN65LVDT14-EP:

Theta JA	86.1 °C/W
Theta JC (Top)	28.4 °C/W
Theta JB	37.2 °C/W
Psi JT	1.4 °C/W
Psi JB	36.8 °C/W

For max junction temperature (T_J(max)) this is 150 °C. See [FAQ] What is the maximum junction temperature (TJMAX) for a device?
