Hello!
My name is Oleksii Mitin. I am working in S and Y Industries, Winfield, Ks, USA.
I have a next question.
What difference between DS89C21 and DS89C21TM/NOPB?
What does means TM/TMX/NOPB? I can't find information anywhere about it.
Thanks,

Hi Oleksii,
DS89C21 is our generic part number - this is just a short-hand how to refer to the part. You can't directly order the generic part number as it doesn't include the packaging information.
The suffixes added onto DS89C21 is the specific orderable part number - i.e. this is the number you are actually ordering.
DS89C21TM/NOPB is the DS89C21 in the SOIC package (NOPB - means no lead) that is shipped in a tube.
DS89C21TMX/NOPB is the DS89C21 in teh SOIC package (NOPB - means no lead) that is shipped in a reel.
From performance view point there is no difference between devices - it just specifies the package and how it is shipped (reel or tube).
Best,
Parker Dodson
