Part Number: TPD2E2U06
Hello,
Could you tell me following question because no listed in datasheet.
What is value of power dissipation?
Also, what is the junction temperature?
Regards.

Hi there, welcome to E2E!
You can calculate Junction Temperature by using the following formula: TJ = TA + RθJA * PDEV. For TPD2E2U06, this would be TJ = TA (ambient temperature of environment device will be operating in) + [286.8 (DRL package) OR 308.3 (DCK package)] + 8.5 * 0.001. Please see this post for any questions: https://e2e.ti.com/support/interface-group/interface/f/interface-forum/1335859/tpd1e10b06-tpd1e10b06
For the Power Dissipation, this can be found by multiplying the working voltage by the leakage current. For TPD2E2U06, this would be a max value of 5.5V * 10nA = 55nW.
Please let me know if you have any additional questions!
