Do we have power consumption tool for this device? If not, could you please tell me how to compute 3.3V-->5V power consumption?

    For practical purposes, almost all the power is consumed in the pull-up resistors. So for a single low signal, the total power dissipation is about (3.3 V)² / R1 + (5 V)² / R2.
