LSF0102: Current consumption

Part Number: LSF0102
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74AXC4T245

Hi Team,

Trying to figure out (not mentioned in the datasheet), what is the current consumption when VrefA is 0V:

0827.LSF0102.docx

the device is always enabled connected because it connected to VrefB and the I/Os can be high or low,

Please advise.

Thanks,

Shlomi

  • Shlomi,

I see that you are using UART interface. I would suggest using the SN74AXC4T245 ( 4 channel device) for effective 1.8 <>3.3V level translation and low power consumption when Vcca is 0V ( as IOs are in HiZ in this state and leakage through IO ports are limited to < 8uA max).

Watch the UART video for more info.

The LSF0102 doesn't guarantee Ioff circuitry. If the VrefB / EN is 0V, then the device IO ports are in HiZ.
