what is the current consumption of VrefA and Vref B pins?

In datasheet 64mA is mentioned as pass transistor current.

The current that flows into VrefB and out of VrefA is limited by the resistor. So assuming a gate threshold voltage of 0.5 V in the worst case, the current is (V_CCB − 0.5 V − V_CCA) / 200 kΩ.
