From the datasheet and apps note, it never specified an absolute number.

Hey Kelvin,
This max capacitive load is relative to the data rate needed for your system requirements. With this in mind, we recommend the maximum capacitive load to be <70pF for the TXS family devices so the one shot circuitry does not time out before the signal is driven fully to the output rail.

The data rate is 400kHz. Do you have the chart for maximum capacitive load vs data rate?

This sounds like I²C.
For the worst case, see I2C Bus Pullup Resistor Calculation; please note that the TXS already has internal 10 kΩ pull-ups, and that its edge accelerators will make it somewhat faster than that. You should add the footprints for external pull-ups, but it's possible that you do not actually need them.
