SN74LVC1G14-Q1: Do we have VT+ and VT- voltage VS temperature curve?

The switching limits are affected by the gate-to-source threshold voltages of both N-channel and P-channel input transistors. These are affected by temperature changes in approximately the same way, so I'd expect VT+/VT− to depend more on manufacturing variations than on temperature. (This is somewhat similar to how an opamp's offset voltage is not much affected by temperature, as shown below.)
