We use SN74AXC8T245 to translate RGMII signals.

Port B link to PHY IC, VCCB is 1.8V.

Port A link to FPGA, the Bank voltage is 1.2V, so VCCA link to 1.2V.

Ethernet input is 1GHz, RX_CLK is 125MHz,

The issue is Outout A4, measure RX_CLK have 500mV DC level, Do you know WHY?

This is typically due to using pull-ups. Please help confirm if removing solves the issue, thanks.

Which pull-ups should I remove?

RX_CLK signal no pull up resistor in this circuit.
