Unused inputs must no be left floating; see footnote (1) in the recommended operating conditions table.
I thought that 3B terminals were not control inputs. The bottom line is that I should connect to Vcc or GND, right?
Only the 3A inputs have bus hold. All other inputs, whether control or data, must not be left floating.
